Portraits (they make wonderful gifts)
These unique Portrait Plates are created using oils which I brush on to an ivory 8"
porcelain scroll edged plate. Afterwards I hand paint 18 karat gold leaf around the
edge. Plates can be hung from the back or use a decorative plate stand to display.

I can also paint your favorite portrait on canvas. This
client commissioned me to paint her two grandsons so
they appear on one piece. The photo's you see in the
corners are the originals I placed for your viewing to
see the likeness.
Crisp photos are essential. Always take extra close-ups of the face for detail. Send as
many photos as possible. Remember that the finished portrait depends on the quality of
the photographs that you give me. Copies are acceptable as long as I can see the detail.
Photos can be emailed in a .jpg format. Or, mail 2-3 crisp photographs of the person.
Hardcopies will be returned.
Deposit of 50% (non-refundable) required. Above price includes shipping and handling.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for completion. If you need your portrait in a hurry, please let me
know and I will try to accommodate you.

Both of these projects that I created and are
